We developed a quality control system for the Trigo Group – the holding company for the Spoleto, Koni and Domino’s chains – where any problems with delivery, quality, shelf life and uniforms across the chain are reported and recorded.
The system helps to respond immediately in cases of urgency and compiles information to generate statistical quality graphs on each supplier that serves the group.
