We developed an intelligent client onboarding system for IP Capital Partners.
The project shortens the process of registering new clients and generates official BNY Mellon documents, using the information entered in the company’s database.
It is also possible to import client files in xml format from BNY Mellon’s system to re-register and update information.
The interfaces have been designed to speed up the process, also making it possible for registrations to be completed at different times, with a security system integrated with the client’s email.
